Transcript Request

Former Students: To request a copy of your high school transcript, please contact our Registrar, Mrs. Michelle Carlton at (815) 338-4220, ext. 100. You will need to provide the following information: 

• Your year of graduation or date of last attendance if you did not graduate from Marian Central.
• Your full legal name at the time of attendance.
• The name and address of the college, potential employer, or scholarship committee to whom the transcript is to be sent.
• Payment of a $5.00 fee:  by check--payable to Marian Central Catholic High School and mailed attn:
