Alumni Association

All graduates of Marian Central are enrolled in the Alumni Association. By means of a biannual newsletter, the Hurricane Alert, members are kept informed about the school and fellow alumni members. During Homecoming week the Association sponsors several events, in an effort to continue the support of Catholic education.

Class Agent System

It is helpful to have at least two Class Agents per class year. If you are interested in becoming a Class Agent, please contact Kelly Koscelniak in the Alumni Office for more information at 815-338-4220 ext. 124 or via e-mail at alumni@marian.com.

PURPOSE:	To promote the involvement and broaden the base of support of Marian, and to foster a spirit of loyalty and pride in Marian among their classmates.
OBJECTIVE:	To organize a group of volunteers to establish, promote, and further communications with the Alumni Association. The Assistant to the Director of Development will act as the Class Agent System Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES:	To enlist an additional person to act as an associate class agent. To coordinate class reunions and other class activities with the Alumni Office. To serve a term of office through the class agent's next 5-year reunion. To provide the Alumni Office with updated address information on the agent's classmates. To attend one Class Agent meeting and one annual Alumni meeting (at Homecoming) per year. To assist in the student recruitment effort as called upon within their parish.
