Terms & Policies
PAYMENT POLICY: (Print Terms)
No student will be allowed to take first semester exams unless his/her tuition is current. Therefore, a minimum of one-half of the family tuition must be paid prior to the first semester exam dates in December. No student will be allowed to take second semester exams unless his/her tuition and any other fees are paid in full. In the event a family finds itself in an extraordinary circumstance, a request for an exception to the first semester payment policy can be made to the Superintendent. The written request is to include an explanation of the extraordinary circumstance accompanied by a payment plan. The Superintendent has the authority to make such an exception if it is deemed appropriate and the payment plan is acceptable. A family's payment history will be examined in making such a decision. There are no exceptions to this policy at the end of the second semester. Once two weeks of a quarter are completed, the full quarter's tuition is required.
FEES AND OTHER COSTS:
The registration fee is non-refundable. All course fees are non-refundable. There is a $20 charge for NSF.
STUDENT HANDBOOK:
I have read, along with my son/daughter, the 2021-2022 online Student Handbook and we agree to abide by the rules and regulations found therein.
INSURANCE/HEALTH AND INJURIES/PROOF OF INSURANCE:
The school/diocese does not carry medical insurance for injuries to students. Therefore, the cost for medical expenses incurred by a student as the result of an accident or injury, which occurs on school property or at a school activity, will be the responsibility of the student's family or family insurance provider.
I, do state that my son/daughter is fully covered by an insurance policy that includes interscholastic athletics during both the practice periods and all school contests and other events. I further state that I will not hold Marian Central Catholic High School, the Diocese of Rockford, nor the Marian coaches responsible for the financial costs associated with any injury that might result in the course of practice, contest/events, or travel to and from school sponsored events.
