CONFERENCE SCHEDULING PROCESS

- Teachers will be available for 10-minute individual conferences. For conferences regarding specific classes, please schedule with your student’s teacher.
- School/College Counselors will be available for 20-minute individual conferences.
For conferences regarding academics/personal social concerns, please schedule with the appropriate grade-level school counselor as listed below.
Freshmen and Juniors: Mrs. Kelly Hilton
Sophomores and Seniors: Mr. Andrew Fearn
For conferences regarding future planning (career/college info), please schedule with Mr. Shawn Wochner.
- Parents can schedule conferences between 8:00 am on Monday, November 10th and 12:00 noon on Monday, November 17th through the Parent/Teacher Conference Portal.

You can create your account at any time; however, conference scheduling does not start until 8:00 am on November 10th. - Please note there are a limited number of time slots available for conferences, and scheduling is done on a first-come, first-served basis.
