Students transfer to Marian for many reasons, including:

          Who Can Transfer? 

          Marian considers transfer students for all high school grade levels. 
          Senior transfers are reviewed individually to ensure graduation requirements can be met. 

          The Transfer Process 

          Transferring to Marian is simple and student-centered: 

          1. Schedule a VIP Day 
            A VIP Day allows prospective students to spend the day with a current Marian student, attend classes, explore campus, and experience our school community firsthand. Schedule your VIP Day by clicking here.
          1. Complete the Application 
            Submit the transfer application and record-release authorization so we can request academic and behavioral records.  Submit your application by clicking here.
          1. Record Review & Placement 
            Once records are received, our academic team reviews coursework to determine appropriate placement and ensure alignment with graduation requirements. 
          1. Family Meeting with the Head of School & Admissions Team 
            Families meet with the Head of School and the Admissions Team to discuss readiness, select courses, and complete the enrollment process.

          Marian Transfer Grant Program 

          New! Marian Transfer Grant Program 

          To help make a Marian education more accessible, we’re proud to offer the Marian Transfer Grant Program, available for students transferring during the current school year or for the 2026–2027 school year. 

          Grant Structure 

          Eligible transfer students will receive a $3,000 Transfer Grant, applied over their first two years at Marian: 

          • $2,000 applied to the first year 
          • $1,000 applied to the second year 
          • Students transferring mid-year receive the $2,000 first-year grant toward this year’s pro-rated tuition 

          Eligibility 

          The Transfer Grant is available to students entering as freshmen, sophomores, or juniors who meet Marian’s admissions requirements and complete the transfer process. 

          (Senior transfers may still apply to Marian but are not eligible for the Transfer Grant.)
