  1.  Complete the Tuition Assistance Application through FACTS by the designated deadline. Required documents - W2 form and income tax returns.

All parents will be required to sign a tuition contract and turn it in to the Bookkeeper at the time of making the initial tuition down payment. Families identify on the contract the tuition payment plan they plan to follow for the school year.
