Both programs require families to complete an application and submit it to a third party with whom the school contracts to confidentially analyze family need. Grants are based solely upon demonstrated need. The maximum assistance from the Fr. Egan program is three-fifths of the tuition of a family from a participating parish. The job program earnings reduce a family’s tuition by approximately $1000 per student. Families can apply for either of the programs or both.
Transportation options include: a) PACE buses between McHenry, Wonder Lake and Marian; between Crystal Lake and Marian; and between Harvard and Marian; b) Contracted school buses between Marian and the following communities – Marengo, Huntley, Algonquin, Lake In The Hills, Crystal Lake, Oakwood Hills, Cary, Johnsburg, Spring Grove, Richmond, and Hebron; c) Woodstock District 200 buses for families residing within the district; and d) car pooling
